Provide clear references and details
The artist is allowed to take down any commissions if she is uncomfortable, beyond her skills, or if she doesn't have enough time
The artist is allowed to use the commissioned art whether on her social media account or her portfolio
Any revisions of more than 3 will have a charge depending on the complexity
Additional character = +80% of the based price
Number of Sharers for art commissioners
As an artist, I have a preferred number of 10 sharers for my creative works. This allows me to share my art and ideas with an engaged audience while maintaining a manageable group size. There is no additional fee for projects with 10 or fewer sharers beyond the standard sharing cost. However, for projects with more than 10 sharers, an additional charge will be based on the number of extra sharers. Specifically:
- 10-15 sharers = 100% of the base price - 40% off
- 16-20 sharers = 200% of the base price - 40% off
- 21-25 sharers = 300% of the base price - 40% off
Please take note that this is still a personal use only and that I do not allow more than 25 sharers for any of my projects. This helps ensure I can provide high personal attention and support to those sharing my work. My goal is to make my art accessible to as many people as possible, while also maintaining a sustainable creative process. I appreciate your understanding of my preferred sharing model and any necessary fees.
Art commissioner's rule
Limited sharing rights, gain several advantages. They can control the artwork's distribution, ensuring it is shared only with select, trusted parties. This helps preserve the artwork's exclusivity, making it more valuable and desirable among collectors. The commissioner protects their intellectual property by limiting sharing and reducing the risk of unauthorized reproduction or misuse.NOTE: "ONLY" THE ART COMMISSIONERS HAVE THE RIGHT TO RE-SELL THE COMMISSIONED ARTWORK. IF THE COMMISSIONERS HAVE TO RE-SELL THE ARTWORK, THE PRICE WILL BE DEPENDING ON THE NUMBERS OF SHARERS
Art purchaser's rule
Unlimited sharing rights provide the opportunity to save money in several ways by allowing purchasers to promote and distribute the artwork freely without incurring additional costs.NOTE: DOESN'T HAVE THE RIGHT TO RE-SELL THE ARTWORK IF THE SHARERS EXCEED THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF SHARERS (11+ SHARERS)
Payment
The artist will start the commission once a 50% downpayment or full payment has been made.
You'll need to send proof of payment.
Process
Commissions might take 5-7 days
Throughout the creation process, the artist will keep you informed about the progress of the artwork and provide updates or images for your feedback.
The final output will be sent through Google Mail to preserve quality.
